RETURN POLICY

All sales are final.

Socnfdnt Services provides digital products and custom digital services, including but not limited to GFX artwork, FiveM server bases, FiveM scripts, development services, optimization services, and other digital assets. Due to the digital nature of these products and services, we do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

DIGITAL GFX / ARTWORK SERVICES

For digital GFX, artwork, animations, banners, logos, overlays, and other design-related services, all sales are final. However, we understand that adjustments may be needed during or after the project process.

If you need reasonable alterations or revisions to your project, Socnfdnt Services may make changes upon request. These changes may include small text edits, color changes, layout adjustments, sizing changes, or other reasonable corrections related to the original order details.

Major redesigns, completely new concepts, or requests outside the original order details may require an additional payment.

FIVEM PRODUCTS / SERVICES

For FiveM-related products and services, including server bases, scripts, custom development, files, resources, optimization work, and related digital goods, all sales are final.

If an alteration is needed, Socnfdnt Services may provide reasonable adjustments upon request. This can include basic fixes, configuration changes, script adjustments, small feature edits, or changes related to the original order agreement.

Requests that are outside the original purchase, require major rebuilding, or involve new custom features may require an additional service fee.

NO REFUNDS FOR DIGITAL DELIVERY

Because our products are digital and/or custom-made, customers receive access, files, work, or services that cannot be physically returned. Once work has started, files have been delivered, access has been granted, or a digital product has been purchased, the sale is considered final.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate project details, correct contact information, server details, references, requested colors, names, branding, and any other required information before or during the project.

Socnfdnt Services is not responsible for delays or issues caused by missing, incorrect, or unclear customer information.

ALTERATION REQUESTS

Alteration requests must be related to the original purchase. We reserve the right to deny excessive revision requests, abusive requests, or requests that are outside the original project scope.

Approval of alterations is at the discretion of Socnfdnt Services.
